"After having this agent for over 25 years, my husband passed away and there were obvious changes to the policy. There was a huge mistake that was made on the agents part and not discovered for over a year (which was my fault that it took that long). When I called to discuss it, Danielle, was extremely rude with zero compassion or understanding of how I couldn't have noticed the mistake. She's apparently never went through the loss of her husband or she would clearly understand.

So, the result was that I paid $151/mo for insurance on a vehicle that had been sold over a year ago and the vehicle that I thought I was paying on that entire time had ZERO coverage!

I would NEVER recommend this office.....absolute trash for customer service! Needless to say, I'm now with another agent!"

"About 3 years ago I had my right rear tire punctured by road debri and it went flat immediately. I couldn't get the spare tire to drop down and it was a cold and blustery day. I called Dennis Ford, my state farm agent and he arranged to get me a tow truck and got me back on the road.
